Entry fees: Pre-registered by May 30, 2009 - First event $15.00, $5.00 for additional events.
Late registration: First event $20.00, $5.00 for additional events.
Pre-registration is required for the Hurdle events.
USATF cards are required and will be available on site.

9:00 AM Hammer, Long Jump
9:30 AM Pole vault (Men 60+ PLUS All Women)
10:00 AM Shot Put
10:30 AM Triple Jump (following the Long Jump)
11:00 AM Pole vault (Men under 60) PLUS Discus
12:00 PM Javelin, High Jump
1:00 PM Weight Throw
- Entering all five throws automatically enters you in a Weight Pentathlon.
- Times are approximate. Events are run in order, and, if ahead of schedule, WILL NOT be delayed to adhere to this schedule.
- All events run as finals (timed sections if necessary). Age and sex groups may be combined.
- Medals to top three in each age group (Open Division plus 5 year age-groups for Masters).
Directions to school:
Cowboy Stadium is located at 185 West Parkway off Denton Tap, 6 miles North of I-635 and 2 Miles South SH 121.
From IH 635 4 miles west of I35 north of DFW airport exit Belt Line Rd. north, Belt
Line turns east stay on Denton Tap Rd. turn left at East Town Center (There is a traffic light and a Sonic Drive in on the corner.) Turn left at the stop sign. The stadium is behind the school.
